Terms of Sales
1) Reservation (outside the Christmas Market period – see 6)
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
Your card is not debited when booking.
However, the hotelier is likely to pre-authorize your card in order to check its validity.
Payment will be made directly to the hotel upon check-out, by any means at your convenience: credit card (American Express, Diners, Visa, Mastercard), cash, bank check, valid holiday voucher.
2) Modification and cancellation (outside the Christmas Market period – see 6)
You can cancel your reservation free of charge 48 hours before the arrival date.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the date of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty in the amount of the first night of your stay.
3) No-show
In case of no-show and in the absence of cancellation made under the conditions mentioned above, the hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty of the amount of the first night of your stay.
4) Check-in / Check-out
The rooms are available from 2 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m.
Our luggage room is at your disposal whatever the time of your arrival or departure.
5) Tourist tax
You will be asked to pay a tourist tax of €2.45 per day per adult, upon check-out.
6) Booking during the Christmas Market period (last weekend of November until January the 2nd)
During the Christmas Market period, all reservations must be guaranteed:
– by credit card, and
– by payment of a deposit, debited when booking, using the credit card number provided, covering the first night reserved.
The deposit corresponds to the first payment to be worth on the purchase and implies a firm commitment of each party.
After the payment, there is no longer any possibility of withdrawal. No refund of the deposit will therefore be made regardless of the date of cancellation.
However, the hotelier is likely to pre-authorize your card in order to check its validity.
Payment of the remaining balance due will be made directly to the hotel upon check-out, by any means at your convenience: credit cards (American Express, Diners, Visa, Mastercard, JCB), cash, bank check, holiday vouchers .
7) The photos of the rooms shown are not contractual. The decoration of our rooms is different from one room to another, regardless of the category of room chosen.
8) In case of dispute , we advise you to contact our sales department. If you do not receive a satisfactory response within one month, you can contact the Tourism and Travel Mediator free of charge, whose contact details and method of referral are available on the site: www.mtv.travel .
